My old man says that the Renaissance Center, with it's four-down-one-up tower design, was Coleman Young's most demonstrable "Fuck You" to the suburbs.
In commemoration of our then-mayor, Kwame Kilpatrick, my roommate and I built "Snow Kwame." We couldn't depict his steamy text messages to Christine Beaty for fear that he would melt. Also: Lynndie England.
Here's One Detroit Center, also at an angle. The more I think about it, the less I was concerned with getting some sort of interesting angle, and more with getting more of the building in the picture.
Any simillarities to any person living or dead are entirely coincidental.
I saw this T-shirt at Hacarmel Market in Tel Aviv. Why-oh-why did I not buy it? What is wrong with my brain? I seem to recall not being able to talk the guy down from whatever crazy price he was asking, but despite holding onto my cash, I think I'm poorer for not making the purchase.
The Guardian Building at an Artsy-Fartsy angle. Wooooo, vertigo.
It's rather redundant to talk about Detroit Ruins, especially when it's been done much better than I'll do here - this one was just down the street from me, and I really liked it.
Trakai Castle in Lithuania - I had a picture of this in my bedroom when I was a little kid - I visited in 2008, and stole a piece of the outer wall as a souvenier.

A collection of photographs, by or of me. These are pictures that I think are of some significance, either because I think they look cool (the architectural and landscape stuff) or because I think they say something about me.
